Curriculum vitae

(English version below)

Fische begleiteten mich schon immer in meinem Leben, auch beruflich. So habe ich meine Diplomarbeit in Biologie über das Schwimmverhalten und die Habitatwahl des Hechtes (Esox lucius) geschrieben und später über Schwimmverhalten, Habitatwahl, Verhaltenscharakteristiken und Genetik der Groppe (Cottus perifretum) promoviert und darf mich seit September 2012 Doktor der Biologie nennen.

I think about fishes also when I am not angling. I wrote my diploma thesis about the movement and habitat use of pike (Esox lucius) and focussed during my PhD thesis on the movement behaviour, habitat use, temperament traits and genetics of bullhead (Cottus perifretum). Since September 2012, I am a doctor in biology specialized in the behavioural ecology of fishes.
